Riesling from the coldest reaches of the already cold Mosel - taut, imperceptibly fruity wines that make most Chardonnays taste like Sauternes by comparison. Like an immaculate line drawing that doesn’t need any shading nor any color - all the detail is there in stark, delicious obviousness. Incredible flavor, spine-tingling acidity. The best.
