Winner of the Wall Street Journal’s recent blind tasting to give an all-around Champagne to replace Veuve Clicquot. “The unanimous” is the Bazin’s entry level cuvee, an assemblage of 70% 2022 base vintage, 30% Soléra including 10% reserve wine aged in oak barrels. Up to 50 year old vines in the Premier Cru Villers-Marmery. Crisp and light, a slight oxidative note and stirn chalky minerality. Perfect champagne for any occasion and appeasing to all!

Bergere: This is 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier and has a broad, textured profile while still refreshing. Lovers of wines with Reserve wine character will love the value this presents!

  Based on the 2020 vintage with some vins de réserve from 2021, Bonville's NV Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs displays a delicate, floral bouquet of spring blossoms, blanched almonds and lemon oil. Moderately weighted, round and elegant, it's beautifully citrusy on the mid-palate with a pure, clean and crystalline texture that segues into a long, mouthwatering finish. With a dosage of 4.2 grams per liter, this 100% Chardonnay is derived from vines planted in Avize, Oger and Cramant.
