Louise Brison:

For her exuberant and vinous rosé—pure Pinot Noir always from a single vintage—Delphine employs whole-bunch semi-carbonic maceration for five or six days, followed by nine months of aging in used barrels before bottling for secondary fermentation. Tangy, spicy, and juicy, this wine dances on the palate, its bright acidity counterbalancing notes of fresh jam while its tensile Kimmeridgian minerality provides a sturdy base.

Eric Rodez:

92 points La Revue du Vin de France: "The macerated rosé stands out for its elegant structure and remarkable tannin management: a deep, masterful juice. (2026)"

Producer notes: "Champagne with heart, this cuvee is full of generosity, combining power, great vinosity and finesse. Fruit from blending of macerated wines for the fullness, and Chardonnay for elegance and freshness. Average assembly is from 50-55% of reserve wines and 80% of wines produced in small barrels. Colour marked by the maceration of Pinot Noir. The nose is complex, powerful, long, marked by “red berries”. The palate is smooth, powerful, with hints of subtle oak."

Tamlyn Currin of JancisRobinson.com: “Bright coral pink and it smells patisserie-seductive, like a white-chocolate macaron. But it's dry, serious and not at all playful – this is a serious rosé. It feels like scrunched-up taffeta, and tastes of blood-orange, bruised rose hips and autumn leaves. Fine and compact with a long, clinging finish, taut as a bowstring.”
