The Champagne Campagnien by Legrand-Latour is a Blanc de Noirs from 100% Meunier grapes, sourced from vineyards in the village of Œuilly, Vallée de la Marne.

Harvest 2018, fermentation and ageing in wood for 11 months and more than 30 months in bottle for this Champagne with a strong territorial identity, produced from a clay and chalky subsoil. No final dosage (making it a Brut Nature).

The Champagne Campagnien is the result of Thibaut's ambitious "Hyper Territory" project, i.e. to create Champagne according to a geological belt. An organic agronomic part, maturation and disgorgement in the bowels of his land alongside fossils, with a stable climatic balance throughout the year.

This Champagne is named after the Campanian geological period and represents the chalky subsoil of the Champagne region. Chalk is an accumulation of marine microorganisms, the coccoliths, and was formed 83 to 72 million years ago.

Limited production of only 2,128 bottles.
